Judith is faculty at the Victoria Conservatory of Music and has been director of the Victoria Conservatory Academy Flute Choir for the past 16 years. As director she has overseen and conducted a performance of Peter and the Wolf as well as Summer Flute Choir Workshop Classes.

Judith is founding director of Victoria's High Notes Flute Choir, an active arranger, and was featured as a composer on the Canada Music Week Flute Spectacular.
